This website is a portal to more information, if available, about The Hwy 27 Yard Sale in each state that has a U.S. Hwy 27.
Each State or area should develop their own committee and send a representative to our semi-annual planning meeting.
This event began in NW Georgia in the late '90's.
It was created as an alternate route for lost tourist from another yard sale event.
It now brings in it's own tourist and has expanded past the original route.
It is an opportunity for those who live on or close to U.S. Hwy 27 to clean out the clutter and turn it into cash.
We want this event to be used junk, antiques, and handmade crafts.
If you're a vendor who imports merchandise for resale, this is not the event for you.
The Hwy 27 Yard Sale Committee uses this website to promote a yard sale event for the residents along Hwy 27 and surrounding areas.
We encourage your input. Complete our survey or send a message.
Although we promote in general online, we do not actively promote the event in every state.
It is the responsibility of each state to have a coordinator for the event and to promote it in their own state.
